Privacy Policy
Liftin’ is built so that your training data belongs to you. This policy explains what data the app handles, where it lives and what your choices are.

Your workout data
Everything you log in Liftin’ — workouts, exercises, weights, progress photos and settings — is stored on your device and in your personal iCloud account, which keeps it in sync across your iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch. We do not run our own servers for your training data and cannot read it.
Apple Health
If you give Liftin’ permission, finished workouts are saved to Apple Health so they count toward your Activity Rings. Health data is only read or written with your explicit consent, stays under Apple’s Health privacy protections and is never used for anything else. You can revoke access at any time in the Health app.
Strava
If you choose to connect Strava, finished workouts are shared to your Strava account. Only the workouts you finish after connecting are sent, and you can disconnect Strava at any time in the app’s settings. Strava’s own privacy policy applies to data you share there.
Purchases
Subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple through your App Store account. We never see your payment details.
Problem reports
When you use Report a problem in the app, the description you write, the reply email address you enter, basic device details (app version, iOS version and device model), the app’s logs, a sync trace and a snapshot of your local database, which includes your workouts, are uploaded to Liftin’s server so the developer can reproduce the issue. This happens only when you send a report, and the data is used only to investigate it. Reports are deleted automatically after 90 days, and you can ask for yours to be deleted earlier by emailing support@liftinapp.co.
Analytics and crash reports
The app contains no third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDK. The only diagnostics are Apple’s own crash and analytics sharing, which is opt-in and controlled in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security, Analytics & Improvements.
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and records no personal identifiers, only page views and the referring site.
Support
If you email us at support@liftinapp.co, we use your email address and message only to help you, and we don’t add you to any mailing lists.
Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, the updated version will be published on this page.
