How do I redeem the 3-month website offer?
Open the redemption link on your iPhone and follow the App Store prompts. The extended trial is applied to your Apple ID, and the app unlocks automatically the next time you open it.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase, then choose Restore Purchases in the app’s settings. If it doesn’t unlock, email us and we’ll sort it out.
Where is my workout data stored?
On your device and in your personal iCloud account, which keeps your iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch in sync. See the privacy policy for details.
Does Liftin’ work without an Apple Watch?
Absolutely — the iPhone app is fully standalone. The Watch app is a companion for logging sets from your wrist when you want to leave your phone in the locker.
